Boksburg Prison: Renovation and maintenance of prison precinct.

Buildings occupied with 1000’s of offenders resulted in a project riddled with logistical challenges. On behalf of Department of Public works this. R72 000 000.00 contract was inevitably successfully delivered by the team in 2023.

Alexander SAPS: Renovations to SAPS baracks.

A project to revive a unutilized government building and restore it to a valuable asset was undertaken on behalf of Department of Public works from 2016 to 2018 to the value of R74 000 000. This magnificent upgrade was successfully delivered.

Heidelberg Gymnasium: Renovations to 67 Military houses.

With Department of Public works as the client, a logistically intense project was executed successfully from 2016 to 2018. Completed in the R71 000 000 budget and delivered within contract period.

Total SA

Orange farm: New construction.

Florida Park: New construction.

Various renovations to Total SA facilities.

From 2011 to 2013, various projects were executed for Total SA and successfully delivered on time every time with a combined value of R30 000 000.

Bafokeng Primary School: Renovation to classrooms and construction of new school hall.

With a value of R34 000 000.00, executed on behalf of Department of Basic Education, this community uplifting project was executed flawlessly and on time in 2014.

Katlehong Customer Care Centre: New Construction.

This project was done for the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality at a cost of R14 000 000.00. It was started in May 2009 and practical completion was achieved in July 2011. This project took longer than programmed due to a number of design changes during the execution as well as the construction of a raft foundation due to dolomite. Effect of Scope of work changes were duly managed and mitigated.

Tsakane Customer Care Centre: New Construction.

This project was done for the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality at a cost of R12 000 000.00. It was started in May 2009 and practical completion was achieved in July 2011. This project took longer than programmed due to a number of design changes during the execution. Effect of Scope of work changes were duly managed and mitigated.

Skilpadhek Border Post Expansion: New Construction.

This project was done on behalf of The Department of Public Works at a cost of R26 000 000.00 . It was started in May 2009 and was completed in February 2013.

It consisted of eight different buildings spread out over a large area. The site is very far from suppliers and skilled labour and had a number of complex logistical challenges.

Jouberton Police Station: New Construction.

This project was done on behalf of The Department of Public Works with a cost of R41 000 000.00 and a contractual duration of two years. The project was started in January 2009 and completed in February 2011. One month after the initial contractual completion date due to additional work requested by the client.

The project was managed by one of our female project managers, La’Toya Wright and was a huge success for all parties involved.

Lehae Primary School: New Construction

With a contract value of R12 000 000.00, the construction of a new school building was executed for The Independent Development Trust in 2007.

Drilling of Boreholes: New Boreholes (Drill and fit).

The project was on behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development with a contract value of R 17 000 000.00 and a contractual duration of 11 months. Started in November 2008 and completed the project in July 2009, two months ahead of schedule.

Robega Sports Facility: New sports field.

The project was on behalf of Rustenburg Local Municipality with a cost of R 1 000 000.00 and a contractual duration of six months. Project start date, February 2008 with completion in May 2008.
